Hi everyone. You’re probably here because of my detainment and deportation at the hands of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
I got through the week only because of the generosity and support of many of you. Thank you. It means the world.

I just read your New Yorker article. Incredible! I’m Canadian and I definitely won’t be going anywhere near the US until they are back to the normal country they were before Trump. Although I am doubtful they can go ever back. So much damage already! Thanks for your warning!
